ARTISANS ROAD TRIP 2020: LAST CALL TO ARTISTS!

ARTISANS ROAD TRIP 2020: LAST CALL TO ARTISTS!

October may seem far away, but now is the time to apply to be a part of the seventeenth annual Artisans Road Trip! Applications need to be postmarked by March 1st, 2020 in order to be accepted. Why so early in the year? Quite simply, it takes a lot of time and behind the scenes work to make a great event like A.R.T. happen. Once we have our membership finalized, then we get to work on designing the brochure, updating the website, and beginning to get the word out about all of our artists!

Why should you be a part of A.R.T.? For the artisans involved, the Road Trip is a powerful networking and marketing opportunity. In addition to the October event, participating artists also benefit from year-round advertising with thousands of brochures distributed; a regularly updated blog; 24/7 website; plus group gallery exhibitions (including one this year at the Pearson Lakes Art Center in Okoboji)!

All artists in the region are encouraged to apply for the upcoming 2020 season!  A.R.T. is organized and run by artists for artists.  Together we work to increase art exposure, introducing new art styles to the community and new customers to local artists.  And we want YOU to join us!  A.R.T. is always looking for new and returning artists!

For more information, links to the official A.R.T. blog and current artist biographies, as well as a downloadable .PDF of the 2020 Artist Application & Prospectus, go to www.artisansroadtrip.com. If you have any questions, please contact President Haley McAndrews at ArtisansRoadTrip@gmail.com.
